We accept returns of handmade gifts under the following conditions:
Important: Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized handmade gifts created to your specifications
Items specifically marked as final sale at time of purchase
Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Follow these simple steps to return your handmade gift
Before returning any item, please contact us at +64 3 983 1127 or visit our studio at 29 Dee Street, Invercargill 9810, NZ.
Provide: Order number and reason for return. We'll give you return instructions and an authorization number.
Carefully package the handmade gift in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation.
Include: Return authorization number. Use trackable shipping as we can't guarantee receipt without tracking.
Ship the package to the address provided when you received your return authorization.
Note: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
Timeline: If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product from our handmade gifts collection, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference before shipping
If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method
We carefully inspect all handmade gifts before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for any damaged or defective items. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Please Note: Slight variations in handmade items are natural and not considered defects. These variations include minor differences in color, size, and texture that make each piece unique.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically 5-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when we sent an incorrect item or it arrived damaged.

Our handmade gifts come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
